Who on his Oath Saith that About a
forthnight ago he together with John Hurley< no role >
and Richard Culley< no role > burglariously broke Open
a House between one & two o Clock in the Morning
Opposite the White House Mill End felonies
took and Carryed thereout About fifteen Pound
in Cash and Shared the same Amongst them
Saith that He and the said Hurley and Cully
Stopt two Men on Finchley Common about
a forthright ago Presented their Pistols to the
and took from one of them about Eight Guinea
and from the the a Silver Watch which
and Watch Hurley Pawned at a Pawnbrokers
hear St. Giles Church , saith that last Week
he together with the said Rich and Cultey and
John Hurley< no role > broak intotheDwelling House
near Limas about Six OClock in the Afternoon
and feloniously took and Carryed there out
One Pair if Silver Shoe Brickers and one
Pair of Silver Knee Buckels one hat one
Shirt one Neck Cloath and one Whist Coat the
Buckles were Pawned by Cultey at the sign
of the three Blue Balls in the Minories in
the Name of John Walmot< no role > for half a Guinea
this Informant Pawned the Waistcoat and
Hankerchief at a Pawnbrokers in Kent
Street in the Brought and thee Informant
Pawned the Shirt with one Miles a Pawnbroker
in Shoreditch for One Shilling
