Asheburg, says that last Monday Morning was a fortnight this Informant
being at Birmingham went to the said Hyam Lazarus< no role > 's Lodging there where
the said Asher Wyld< no role > Hyam Lazarus< no role > and Marcus Ashburg sold him a
Solver Tankard a two handled Cup 5 Spoons 8 or or 9 Tea Spoons and a
pair of Tea Tongs which this Informant sold at London to one Philips a
Jew Pedlar, says that the Morning after the Robbery & Muster was committed
at Mrs. Hutchins's at Chelsea the said Asher Weil< no role > and Levi Weil< no role > brought
to his house a Gold Watch in a green Case with a Woman's Steel Chain
about 17 or 18 Yards of Lemon coloured Silk and a Quantity of Silver Plate
and a pair of Women's Silver & Paste Shoe Buckles, that he afterwards sold the
said Watch and Buckles to one John Robinson< no role > and the said Silk to one
Margaret Cavenagh< no role > who lives with him the said Robinson and the said
Silver Plate to one Douglass a Pedlar that the next day this Informant
saw the said Levi Weil< no role > and Asher Weil< no role > again and having seen the said Plate
Watch Buckles & Silk advertised as being stolen from Mrs. Hutchins's at
Chelsea the said Levi Weil< no role > told this Informant that the said things were
stolen from Mrs. Hutchins's and that he himself the said Levi Weil< no role > was
the person who shot the said Mrs. Hutchins's Servant, says the said Abraham
Linevil< no role > at that time lodged at this Informants house and acknowledged to
this Informant that he was one of the persons who committed the said
Robbery and Murder, that about 5 or 6 Weeks after the said Robbery and Murder
the said Abraham Linevil< no role > Levi Weil< no role > Asher Weil< no role > and Hyam Lazarus< no role > ware
at the said Asher Weil< no role > 's Lodging in Ratcliffe Highway & this Informant
with them when the said four persons acknowledged being four of
the persons that committed the said Robbery and Murder at Mrs.
Hutchins's and that one Solomon was with them; says that
on the Sunday Morning that Mrs. Barclay's house at Bush will was robbed
