doth say that he is not Guilty thereof And hereupon for Good and
Ill he putteth himself upon the Country and Thomas Benson< no role >
Gentleman who prosecuteth for our said Lord the King in this
Behalf doth the like Therefore let a Jury thereupon
immediately come before the said Justices of our said Lord the King
last abovenamed and others their Fellows aforesaid here by whom
the Truth of the Matter will be the better known and who have
no Affinity to the said Charles Hay< no role > to recognize upon their Oath
whether the said Charles Hay< no role > be Guilty of the Premises in the
Indictment aforesaid above specified or not and the Jurors of
the said Jury by the said Sheriff for this purpose
impannelled and returned (to wit) William White< no role > , Christopher

< no role > , Packer Oliver< no role > , Michael Duffield< no role > , George Beck< no role > , George
Harrison
< no role > , Mark Toole< no role > , John Jewett< no role > , John Villas, William
Shaddock

come who being chosen Tried and sworn to speak the Truth of
and upon the Premises aforesaid in the Indictment aforesaid
above specified do say upon their Oath that the said Charles Hay< no role >
is not Guilty of the Premisses aforesaid in the Indictment
aforesaid above specified in manner and form as the said
Charles Hay< no role > for himself above by his Plea hath alledged and
that he did not with draw himself on that occasion upon which
it is considered by the Court here that the said Charles Hay< no role > of the
Premisses aforesaid in the Indictment aforesaid above specified
without Day be discharged and go without Day
