The Information of James Hall< no role > and Thomas
Davis
< no role > taken before me this 3rd. day of
January 1770

Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said James Hall< no role >
for himself says that on Wednesday Evening last when he this Informant
went home to his Lodgings in Russel Street he discovered that a
Box of his containing a Silver Watch seven Shirts ten Yards
of Linen a pair of Silver Buckles and other things was stolen
that he left the said Box in his said Lodging on the Morning
of the Same day and that he had been in Company a great part
of the day with Michael Sarsfield< no role > John Dignam< no role > and one
Robert Dunbar< no role > , and the said Thomas Davis< no role > for himself
says that he lodges in the same House with the said James Hall< no role >
that on Wednesday Evening last the said Michael Sarsfield< no role >
come up Stairs with another person unknown to this Informant that
the said person who was in Company with he said Michael Sarsfied
did feloniously take away the said Box, and these Informants
for themselves both say that they do verily believe that
the said Michael Sarsfield< no role > was Accomplice with the
said Person in the said felony
