Majesties Justices of Oyer and Terminer and General
Goal Delivery now held at Justice Hall in the Old Baily
within the Suburbs of the City of London

The Humble Petition of Patrick Tullis< no role >

Sheweth


That at the last Sessions of Oyer and Terminer held
at Hicks Hall in and for the County of Middlesex a Bill of
Indictment was preferred and found against your Petitioner
for a Capital Felony for Stealing Goods Etc. out of a Ship in the
River Thames

Your Petitioner therefore most humbly Prays
that he May be Tried for the same at the present
Session Pursuant to his Notice given the Prosecutor for
that Purpose or Bailed or discharged and as in Duty
Bound your Petitioner will ever pray Etc.
