me this 26th. day of April 1769
Who being on Oath says that last Thursday Night between 10 &
11 o' Clock four persons came into her Room and feloniously
[..] wilfully and maliciously cut and destroyed certain Warp prepared
for the making of Ribbon of Silk mixed with Linen and likewise
the Loan Tackle
and Utensils used in and for the weaving and
making the said Ribbon of Silk mixed with Linen, and this
Informant further says that she does suspect and verily believe
that a person now present who calls himself William Tilley< no role >
is one of the four persons who feloniously wilfully & maliciously
cut and destroyed her said Warp Loom Tackle and Utensils as
aforesaid for that she then and there saw the said William
Tilley< no role >
