Indicted for Felony and Robbery on
the Prosecution of Joseph Skinner< no role >

Nathaniel Norchy Lee the above Defendant Maketh Oath that
Robert Rows< no role > in a Materiall Witness for this Deponent on
the above Prosecution without whose Testimony it will not
be safe for him to proceed to Tryall, That he this Deponent
last Week and up to yesterday Caused Dilligent Search and
Enquiry to be made after the said Robert Rows< no role > at the Place
of Abode of the said Robert Rows< no role > and at other Places and
from such Enquiry is Informed and which he believes to be
true that the said Robert Rows< no role > is gone to Portsmouth in
Hampshire upon very material Business and will not
return till about the middle of next Week and which
Information this Deponent believes to be true And further
Sayth that he would have had the said Robert Rows
here this Session if he had been able but will do his
utmost Endeavours to have him at the next Session
which he does not doubt but he shall be able to do
