The Information of David Edmonds< no role > of
the Somerset Coffee House and Evans Williams< no role >
his Servant taken this 20th. of Septr. 1768

Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said David
for himself says that three [..] Silver Tea Spoons now
produced are his property & that he was present when they
were found upon a person now present who calls himself
James Langford< no role > who had concealed them between his hat &
Wig, and the said Evan Williams< no role > for himself says that
this Evening the said James Langford< no role > came into his said
Master's house, called for some Rum and Water & walked
about the Room in a Suspicious Manner, that he the said
Evan going into the next Room heard a Rattle among some
Tea Spoons, that he went immediately to the Shelf where he
had just before seen six Tea Spoons & missed three of them
that he secured the said James Langford< no role > and is searching
him in the presence of his said Masterand another person
the said three Spoons now produced were found under
his hat as above mentioned by Mr. Edmonds
