Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said Jonas Darker< no role >

himself saith that about the beginning of October last he had feloniously Stolen
out of a Field at Kentish Town
a fatt Wether Sheepwhothe Slim of which
said Sheep he afterwards saw in the Possession of the other Information William

And this Informant William Summers< no role >
for himself saith
that about the same time at bout seven o'Clock one Morning he maketh
a Person now present who calls himself Geo: Welldon< no role >
with a Jack under his
Arm that he afterwards went and his it in a Ditch Whereupon Informant
went and examined the place and found the said Sack with a Sheep thin
which was hott, says he afterwards the same day took said Walldor< no role >
into Custody and that he first offered him a Shilling to let him go and
at last made his Escape by force And these Informants father say
that they do for the above reasons and other Suspect and verily believe
that the said Geo: Welldon< no role >
did feloniously Steal take and carry away
the said Wether Sheep
