Patrick Hanlon< no role > the above Defendant maketh Oath That Robert Johnson< no role > is a
Material Witness for this Deponent on the Sarah Prosecutions above mentioned
without whose Testimony he Cannot Safely proceed to Tryal that he had Caused
diligent Search and Enquiry to be made after the said Robert Johnson< no role > for a
Fortnight last past but till two Days ago could not tell or get Information
where [..] to find him but was then Credibly informed and which he believes
to be true That the said Robert Johnson< no role > was then at Bath and not
expected to return for [..] Some Time By Means whereof this Deponent Cannot have the
said Robert Johnson< no role > here to give Evidence on this Deponent's Behalf
this Session but will do his utmost Endeavours to procure him by the
[..] next Sessions the which he believes he shall be able to do
