Who being upon Oath says that last Friday Morning
about Ten of the Clock, as he was in the Necessary house belonging to
Henry Leatherley< no role >
at the Thistle
and Crown in Denmark Court
he heard two Persons consulting together upon his back Stairs
and coming out suddenly upon them One of them said we must
go and then walked off, and farther says that he is very
sure that a Person now present who calls himself James
Poynton< no role >
is one of the two Persons whom he found upon
the said Leatherbys Stairs as aforesaid
