On five prosecutions For Felony
and Roberys

Timothy Iredale< no role > the above Defendant Maketh Oath
and Saith That [..] Lawrence Fennemore< no role > living
and keeping an Inn at Stampford about ninety Miles
Distance from London is a Material Witness [..] this Deponent
on the several above Prosecutions without whose
Testimony he Cannot safely proceed to Tryall That he
was Indicted but Yesterday and on Account of the great
Distance of the place where the said Lawrence
Fennemore
< no role > Lives he is not able to procure the said
Lawrence to Come to this Session & give Evidence on his
Behalf but will do his Endeavours to have him
at the next Session here If the Court will putt off
his Tryalls till then
