The Information of John Turne< no role > late Servt .
to General Elliott taken before me this
17th.. day of December 1766

Who being upon Oath says that some time about the beginning
of Septr. last he was the hind most Postilion when general Elliott
was Robbed in a Post Coach near Casllebure in this County by a Single
Highwayman and farther says that he hath this day seen a
Person in Newgate who calls himself Timothy Iredale< no role > whom he
is very certain is the same Person that Robbed General Elliott
as aforesaid
