late of Bell Yard London
Taylor is
a material Witness in behalf of this Deponent
in this Cause and without whose Evidence this Deponent cannot
safely Proceed to the Tryal of the said Cause as this Deponent is
a advised and verily believes and this Deponent further Saith
that the said John Bradley< no role >
(as this Deponent is informed and verily
believes) is and has been for some Time past ill at Burton in
Staffordshire and is not able to attend the Present Sessions of Goal
Delivery now holden for the County of Middlesex
but will be able
to attend at the next general Session of Goal Delivery to be holden
in and for the said County as this Deponent is also informed and
verily believes.
