The King< no role > Agt. Joseph Trout< no role > on an Indictmt.
for Felony

Joseph Trout< no role > the above named Defendant Maketh
Oath and Saith that he was only Charged with the said Felony
on Monday last and that he hath not since been able
to Suspeana his Witnesses or to prepare property for
his Tryal at the present Session; and more Parish
Cularly so because he hath Sent after one
Thomas Smith< no role > Dealer in Horsers in Long [..]
Lane London in Order to Suspena him as a
Witness for him in this Case, but is informed and believes the
said Thomas smith< no role > is now in the North of England Buying
Horses and with [..] in London in [..]
a Fortnight. This Deponent saith that the said
Thomas Smith< no role > is a Material Witness for him in
the Tryal of this Cause and without whose Testimony
this Deponent cannot Safely go to Tryal.
