Joseph Molson< no role > of the Parish of St. Clement Danes
in the County of Middlesex Journeyman Baker maketh
Oath and Saith that he this Deponent Did Attend at
the Old Bailey all day Thursday together with his
Witness in order to prosecute the Law to Effect
and that about Eight, o Clock at Night he was called
being then there by either the Name of Mason or
Molton but some person unknown to this Deponent
told him that upon saying his name was Molson
That he was not the person And this Deponent
further Saith that he hath not nor is to receive any
Fee or Gratuity on any Account whatsoever and that
he is totally Ignorant of matters of this kind having
never been concerned in any matter on the like
Occasion before
