The Information of Benjn French< no role > taken before
me one of her Majesty Justice of the Peace
for the sd County

Who being on Oath saith that last Night he
was pushed up by a Prison now present who calls
himself Mary Newman< no role > [..] who asked
Charity of him & he took her into his [..] & gave house her &
some Vicutals & afterwards, he took his watch out of
pocket & laydie down and soon ofter the sd. [..]
Mary want away he missed his Watch and [..]
saw it since And this Ins further saith that [..]
other person was in the Room but the sd. Mary he
verily bels. that the sd Mary stole the sd Watch &
no other Person
