Coventry in the County of Warwick Waggoner Servant to
Thomas Dullarton< no role > of Coventry aforesaid Waggoner

The said Joseph Smith< no role > saith upon
Oath that this Morning Due of his Master Herrer was feloniously
taken away from the side of his Martin Waggon in the Bond
going toward London near a Place call'd Brown Well in
the County of Middlesex by a Person now brought before Me
one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for this County, which
said Person acknowledged his Name to be James Loggeis< no role > of
of Aberdeen Dier
