Who being upon Oath severally say, and first the said
William Norden< no role >
and Miles Smith< no role >
for themselves severally
say that on Monday the 13th.. day of May Instant these Examinant
by Virtue of Warrant from the said Sheriff directed to these
Examinants went to the House of William Crew< no role >
Victualler
situate on Enfield Chase
in the sd. County of Middlesex
in
Order to give possession by Virtue of the said Warrant (which
appears to have issued upon a Writ of assistance under the
Seal of his Majesty's Duchy Court of Lancaster directed
to the said Sheriff) of the Messuage & Premisses in the
said Writ mentioned belonging to the said William Crew< no role >
unto Thomas Nuthale< no role >
Esquire
his Majesty's Surveyor
in
the said Warrant Named for his Majesty's use and
which said Warrant was also to attach the Body of the
said William Crew< no role >
as a disobedient and contemptuous
Person and at the expiration of twenty five hours after he
abov'd be so attacked or apprehended [..] to deliver the said Crew into the
Custody of the Keeper of his Majesty's Goal of Newgate, or to that effect
and these Informants farther say that in order to execute
the said Process they took to their assistance the other Informants

assistants, that about six of the Clock in the Morning of the
said 13th: of May these Informts. and their said Assistants
get to the House of the said William Crew< no role >
, the outward door
whereof being open some of these Informant's assistants
