Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said James
Amson< no role >
for himself saith that some time about October last a
Person now present who calls himself James Sparks< no role >
was
employed by him this Informant as a Porter, and that he
delivered to said Porter two Hampers Pack up which contained
about Eighteen dozen of China Plates to keep at his own Room
til he this Informant sent for them, but says that about two
Months afterwards he found that said James Sparks< no role >
had
opened said Hampers and feloniously taken thereout and carried
away the said China [..] and Sold the same to different
Persons and the said Mary Harrison< no role >
for herself saith
that about the time aforesaid She bought of said James
Sparks< no role >
at different times about six dozen or more of said
China Plates and that he used to toll her that he had them
from on Board Ship
