for the said County
Who being Sevly. on Oath say & first this Ins Edw Hall< no role >
for himself saith that last Saturday night above 9 O'
Clock this Inst. with Tho Wilcock< no role >
were into Fetter
Lane and this Inst. broke a Pair of Glass in the shop
Window of a Haberdasher & Hosier & took thence
a Paul of Hankerchifs & ran away & then divided
the sd. Hankerchief bets [..] him & sd. Wilcocks & this
Ins further saith [..] two Hankf. now produced are
part of the sd Parcel of Hankf which be & sd wiles's
stole out of their Shop in Fetter Law And this
Inst Mary Wilson< no role >
for himself saith that on Saturday
up he last about the time Men [..] by the other Inst.
as the wantanding in her shop he heard the Glass
break & saw on Parcel of Hair & Whist lay in the
Window taking &thisa Gentleman who was at
that time with Ins went out cryed stop Thief but
coud. not over taken the Shiens And then Ins [..]
found about 20 hants had been stole & further
saith that two tranf now produced (what was taken on
the other Inst.) she verily bels. are her properts & part
of the hankf stole as assd.
