Who being sevly. you Oath say & Pril this Inf Edw Hall< no role >
for himself that on Monday Even about 8 o Clock
than Inst with John Newgent< no role >
& Tho Wilcock< no role >
went into
St. Albans Street
and at a House Shop in the said Street
the said Inf Newgent tyed the Shop Door so the it cod not
be opened without breaking the Cord and then sd Wilcock
broke the Shop Window with his Elbow & took them out a
Bundle Counting of Eleven pair of Stocking and them
Inf & Newport & Wilcock went to the Lodging of sd.
Wilcock & divided the sd Stockings against them and
the Inft. further saith them the Stocking now, produced (which
was taking on the Inst) an part of the sd Bundle of Stocking
which were Stole out of the sd. Shop and their Inst. Mary

for herself saith that on Monday night last abt.
8 o Clock as this Ins was in her shop she heard the Glass
of the Shop Window Crach & being surprised them at
went to open the Door which she found tyed & by great [..]
four & Violence broke the said Cord but before the was
able to get out the Thieves had Escaped and this Ins
discovered a Bandle of Stocking stole out of the sd Shop
and this Ins. further saith that from pair of Stocking
now produced and an (as she bels) past of the Stocking
Stole out of the said Shop as assd.
