being indicted at the Quarter Sessions held in and for
the County of Middlesex

this instant December and that the said Thomas

being only Apprehended and took the
Twelfth day of December instant about Seven
of the Clock in the Evening upon the said Indictment
and Committed to Newgate by George Wright< no role >
Esqr. one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the said County of Middlesex and as these
Deponent have been informed and do Verily
beleive that there isaresome other person or Persons
concerned in ye sd. Felony together with the said

which cannot an yet be apprehended
or taken, And these Deponents and each of them
do Verily believe that the said Sir Simon Bradstreet< no role >
is not prepared nor can Safely go to Try all
this Sessions unless the said other person or
