And further saith for
to inform himself thereof he together with the other Deponent
John Lame< no role >
went to the said Hospital to Inquirs after the said
personandto know whether she was in a fit condition to give evidence on
the said Tryal and that they both went together into the Foul ward
of the said Hospital where they were inform'd the said Mary Davis< no role >
lay ill And he the said John Lane< no role >
spoke to the said Woman who
Answered to the name of Davis & who then lay sick in bed And this
Deponent John Lane for himself saith that he did this day at the request
of the other Deponent Juxon go to the said Hospital to enquire as
aforesaid and that he spoke to her as she lay sick in bed in the foul
Ward and that he verily believes by the manner in which she lay
that she was in a Salivation and is informd that she cou'd not be
remov'd without endangering her life And this Deponent further saith
that she the said Mary Davis< no role >
is the same person who brought
the Cloak aforesaid to him for to Pawn and he & top'd the same
in manner aforesaid and gave notice thereof to the other Deponent
And this Deponent William Juxon< no role >
lastly for himself saith that
he is advised and inform'd that the said Mary Davis< no role >

whose evidence he will not be able to try the said Indictment
and to convict the said offendersandthat he popes to have
