for Felony

William Juxon< no role > the Prosecutor in the above Cause and John
Lane
< no role > of Purple Lane of the Parish of Sr. Andrews Holbourn
Severally make Oath & say And frist the said William [..]
for himself saith that he this Deponenthehaving Advertised
in the Publick Advertiser of the second of November last that there
was Stolen out of a Shop near West Smithfield eleven Yards
and half of Crim onthinkfigured Stattin and two Scarbett
Duffield Cloaks [..] and he was soon afterward inform'd by the
other Deponent John Lane< no role > that he the said John Lane< no role > had
Stop'd one Cloak which answered the discription in the said
paper which a Woman brought and offered to Pledge under the
name of Davis which Cloak being show to the Deponent [..] con
by the said Lane he believes the same to be his property and which
was possitively sworn to before the Justice of Peace who Committed
the said Prisoners to Goal by one Elizabeth Waklin< no role > who at the
time of Said Robbery being done was & now is Shopwoman to this Deponent Juxen And
this Deponent Juxon further saith that he caused a Bill of
Indictment to be Preferred against the said Defendants for
the Robbery at Hicks's Hall this day and this Deponent is
informd that the same is found a true bill and further saith
that he together with the other Deponent John Lane< no role > went into
Sparrows Rents in Purple Lane in order [..] to enquire for
the abovesaid Mary Davis< no role > and he was inform'd by the said
Mary Davis Sister [..] that she was sick and in a Salivation
