Who being sevly on Oath say & first this Inst. Wm.

for himself saith That he had been
robbed of diverse hatts and [..] a person
now present who calls himself Rob. Cole< no role >
to have
stole the same the sd. Robt. Confessed than he
had stole a Hatt at the Instigation of Cornelius

and Carryed it to him but there the sd. Robt. never reced any
Money from the sd. Cornelius And this Inf Jno.
Pritchard< no role >
for himself saith That about nine Weeks
ago the sd Cornelius crosst a Hatt to this Inft.
and told him that he had made it for a
Man & that it wod. not fit & desired him to
pawn it which he did for five [..] &
them person & save the Many to the sd
Cornelius says there the sd. Hatt was not [..]
And the sd. Wm Draper< no role >
further saith that
twenty bels. that the sd. Cornelius knew the
said hot to be Stolen as he was well
Acquainted that the sd. Cole was an Apprentice
to
this Inf.
