The Information of John Whitby< no role > , Mary Perrin< no role >
William Hands< no role > & Wm Lock< no role > and Willm Thompson< no role > taken before us
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the sd County

Who being sevly. on Oath say that and first this
Inst John Whitby< no role > for himself saith that on
Friday was See [..] in the Night an Out house believing to
[..] his Dwelling house in Haine & smith in sd County was broke open
and a Large Quantity of Linne Stolen them out And
this Ins Mary Perrin< no role > for herself saith That on the
Friday [..] Sevenight assd. she was Ironing the Linnen in
the out house before mentioned un till about One
o'Clock in the Morng. and the observed a Person
now present who calls himself Thos. Hands< no role > sitting
in a house [..] Opposite to her Master, Occupied by
thro then Inft Lock says there when she Quited the
said Out house she doubled Locked the door &
factied the Windows that but. 7 and 8 O'Clock the
next Morng the discovered that the Door had
been broke open & almost all the Linnen stole
out of the sd house says that the Linnen now
Produced is the Property of his Master and a part
of there which was stole one of the sd house that
night And this Ins [..] Hands for himself saith
That the Night [..] Whitby's house was broke open &
Robbed his two brothers. John Hands< no role > & The Hands
went out of his Fathers house which is Opposite
to Mr Whitbys about One O Clock in the Morng
