Who being sevly. on Oath say & first this Ins Eliz Dewberry< no role >
for herself saith That a Person now present who call
herself Margt Wade< no role >
was her servant
& lived with her
Nine Days and the Ins was Yesterday Infirmed that
the sd. Magt. lead offered to Pawn with the other Infort.
a Silver Snuffer Stand which Snuffer stand now Produced
by the other Inft. is the Property of this Inf husband &
Stole from her And the the said Imagt. being Charged
with Stealing of it say she found it in the Garret
a Plan where this Int saith she never put him plate
And this Inf. John Notley< no role >
for himself saith that
Yesterday the sd May offered to Pawn with him
the Silver [..] Snuffer stand now Produced by him
and upon Questioning her how she came by it
she sayd she had it from his Witness &
pawned in with her Consent
