The Information of Mary Owen< no role > taken before
me one of His Majestys Justices of the Peace for
the Sd: County.

Who being upon Oath says that she
went into Lodging with one Margt: Fly< no role > about two
Months since and about ten days agoe the Sd: Fly
brought in to her Lodgings a person now present
who then called her self Betly Evans, but now Calls
her Self Ann Nash< no role > and the Continued in the Lodgings
of the Sd: Fly until tuesday last when the Sd: nash
went from the Sd: Lodgings and this Informt:
missed one gown three Aprons, two pettycoats
two hanckerchiefs a pair of Sleeves & a Shift and this
Informt: says that she Caused the Sd: Nash to be
Apprehended Yesterday for Stealing the Sd: things
and the Sd: Nash then had on her the Gown and
one of the Aprons before mentioned and upon Charging
her with Stealing the Sd: things the said Nash
Confessed the Stealing them and produced all the
Sd things except the two Pettycoats which the
Sd Nash said she had sold to an old Woman
for two Shillings
