Apprehended the said Brown this day and upon is charging him
with the said Robbery the said Brown confessed to this Informant that
he got into the House at about 12 oClock at night and went with this
Informant to a Hay Rick upon the Top of which the said Brown got
and took out the several things. Stolen as above.
