Acquitted of the wilful Murder of his
Father But it appearing to this
Court that he is a person of an
Unsound Mind & Understanding &
very improper to be Set at Liberty
This Court doth therefore order the
Keeper of his Majesty's Gaol of
Newgate to convey the said Richard
Urlin
< no role > to the next Genl Sess. of the Peace
to be holden for this County at Hicks's
Hall And to Acquaint the Justices who
shall be then present there That this
Court recommends to their
Consideration the Case of the said
Richard Urlin< no role > in Order that he may
be by the said Justices Sent into
Serve safe & proper Custody.
