of his Majesty Justices of the Peace
for the said County
Who being upon Oath says that she is Servants to Robert Wilson< no role >
of the
Parish of Saint Mary le Bone
and on Saturday last about Eight o'Clock
at Night this Informant went to Bed and saw that the fastnings of the
Dwelling house of her said Master were all Secure and between five &
Six on the next Morning this Informant got up and found a Ladder at
the Back Window up one Pair of Stairs and the Window broke open and
upon Searching the said House this Informant found Stolen thereout
a Silver Pint Mug a Silver Caster Seven Sliver Tea Spoons a Pair of
Silver Tea Tongs and a Pair of Salts and Linnen and other things
And this Informant says that John Brown< no role >
was Servant
to her said
Master and went from her Masters house about Six the same Night
the house was robbed and says that her Master did not lye at home
the Night the Robbery was Committed which the said Brown well
knew.

Who being upon Oath says he lay from home on Saturday night last that
his dwelling house was that night broke open And this Informant says that there
was Stolen out of his said House a Silver Pint Pot a Silver Caster a
Pair of Silver Salts seven Silver Tea Spoons a Pair of Silver Tea Tongs
and divers parcells of Linnen and other things And this Informant
having a Suspicion that one John Brown< no role >
was the Person who Committed
the said Robbery this Informant Charged the said Brown with it on
Sunday and the said Brown did then absolutely deny his having any
Knowledge of the said Robbery and this Informant dismissed the said
Brown at that time And since other suspicions arising this Informt.
