command you that on sight hereof you Summon and warn
Twenty four able and Sufficient Men of your Parish
personally to be and appear before on Wednesday the
Nineteenth day of April Instant at Seven
of the Clock in the afternoon precisely at the Lodge of the
House of Correction

Then and there to do and execute all such things that shall be given
them in Charge on behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King's Majesty

Names of the persons whom you shall have so Summoned and further
to do and execute such other matters as shall be then and there
