Informations of Witnesses taken at theDwellingLodge of the
House of Correction Clerkenwell Bridewell the Sign of
in the Parish of Saint James Clerkenwell
in the County of Middlesex on Tuesdaythe eleventh
day of April1786 Before Edward
Umfreville
< no role > Esquire one of his Majestys Coroners for the
said County touching the Death of Isabella Lloyd< no role > .
then and there lying Dead as follow

Ann Farmer< no role > a prisoner in the said Prison upon her
Oath Saith. That on Thursday a Friday last the
deceased was brought into the prison as a Vagrant to
be passed and was with the Rest of the Women prisoners
and this Deponent in the Womens Ward. and when
she came in seemed ill of The Palsey. and as Deponent
supposes about Seventh or Eighty Years of Age that
on Sunday last she drank Tea by herself and
seemed very well but about three o Clock on
Monday Morning Deponent heard her very restless
and moving about The Gallery where this Deponent
and the other Women Prisoners sleep as if desirous
to get to a Warmer place than were she was.
and about Seven o Clock Deponent got up and
saw the deceased quite Naked having striped
herself that She put one of her Petticoats
upon her and tied it on andwent downdeceased

bless you and Deponent went down Stairs and the
Turnkey going up to the Gallery as Deponent came
