in the Parish and County aforesaid And a certain Cart then passing
along the said Highway drown by one Horse It so happened That the said
Horse then and there beat the said

and Body of him the said

Croker did then and there accidentally casually and by Misfortune received divers
Mortal Bruises in and upon the Head and Body of him the said

so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid Do say That the said John
Croker in Manner and by the means aforesaid accidentally casually and by
