London Information of Witness taken at Newgate
in the parish of Saint Sepulchre in
the Ward of Farringdon without in
London the 18th. day of July 1799 on
view of the body of Sarah Warner< no role > there
lying dead.

Sarah Willis< no role > Wo. a prisoner in His Majestys Gaol
of Newgate maketh oath that the deced had been a
prisr. in the same gaol under sentence of transportation
for a considerable time past. Says she has been in for
[..] a twelve months past of a decline as deponent believes
Dept incurred her, & she was attended by the Gentleman of the
faculty who attend the Gaol, & Dept further says that all
proper care and attention was shown to the deced until the
time of her death which happened yesterday morning, and
Dept has no doubt but the died a natural death.
