Informations of Witnesses taken at the
parish of saint Bartholomews
the Great in the Ward of
Farringdon without in London
the 2d day of October 1798 on
view of the body of Samuel
Jennings there lying dead

Gardner maketh oath that last Friday afternoon
Dept and the deced went to Yr in Oclock Middx
with a Horse which dept her a bought that which
they were taking the same straw off the stones Tare
Mare the deced off the Horses Mand a Brown day
drawn by her Horses came on the Driver was saw of the
Dray was on the near order of his dray and soughes
his Which and the Horses of the day flew aside against
Dept horse a canning the dead & the off wheel of
the dray aford the dead against a fort the dead called
out sayed he was killed dept appored saw the dead
in was being public horses the appeared to be must
hurt a surgeon sayed same of the deced sit went booke
& he was afterwards carrier to the Hospital says the
dray & Horses belong to mess Richard Miches< no role > Co of Corpoor
