maketh oath that last Saturday eve Dept who lives
opposite to where the deced lived heard a noise which occassioned him
to look out to see what was the matter. That he saw the
deced and a Woman coming out of the deceds shop, having
hold of each other and scuffling or struggling together, and
went into the adjoining house still struggling with each other
That the deceds Wig came off in the Scuffle. That Dept had
not see what passed in the adjoining house, but the deced presently
came out, fixing his Wig on, and walked order by towards
his own house. That he was attempting to get into his own
house; he did get in to get his hat,andwhen his Wife insisted
on his going for a Constable. He wanted much to get into
his own house, but his Wife persisted in his going for a
Constable , and used very horrid expressions, that the deced
then staggered and fell down apparently to Dept in [..]
That he was taken up and carried into his own house

George Wallis< no role > of Shoe lane London Taylor maketh
oath that last Saturday eve he saw a Woman opposite the
deceds house; her Cloaths were wet. She went from the middle
of the street towards the deceds shop, and immediately afterwds.
dept saw the Woman and the deced struggling with each other,
and the Woman pulled the deceds Hat and Wig offThat in the
struggle they went into Mr. Aden's house< no role > , and in a short time
he saw the decd come from Mr. Aden's towards his own house by
himself. Says his Wife met him, and held up her hands to stop
him from getting in. That he then came by Depts. house and
sayed he wanted a Constable. Dept & Wife who was [..]
