Informations of Witnesses taken at the parish
of Saint Botolph with' Aldersgate
in the Ward of Aldersgate in London
the 3d. day of August 1797 on view
of the body of Wm. Leak< no role > there lying
dead

Thomas Thompson< no role > of No. 21 little Britain
a last about eleven Years of age maketh oath that
last Tuesday about two o'Clock Dept saw the deced
who was about 8 years old clambering up Mr. Blackhouse
Ride in Pelican Court little Britain , that his head
caught between the Cogs of the [..] Horse Whee which
forced his Head between that and she multiplying
Wheel -That the deced renamed out & so did Dept
and a Glazier who was at Work near the [..]
took the deced awaythe appeared to be much hurt
& blood [..] from his Ears. Nose & Mouth.
