sayed the man, meang. the deced is falling, and dept immdy.
caught the deced who was falling in his Arms. Dept set him
down on the step of the door until a Surgeon came to his
assistance. The deced was then taken to his own house. Says the
deced appeared much flurried and agitated. Dept sho's the
deced was in 'a fit'.

Lane London< no role > Plaisterer maketh oath that on Saturday eve
he asw a Woman in Shoe Lane She went towards the deceds
house when Dept observed same Water thrown over her from out
of the house. That the Woman returned into the street, and after
looking at her Cloaths she went towards the deceds house again
when Dept saw the deced come and seized hold of her, and
they scuffled togetherthatalong the street and the deced found
the Woman into Mr. Acton's Shop. Thatthet thepresently the
deced came out and went towards his own door, and the Woman
came out after him. Says the Woman appeared to be in Liquor

James Principle servant to Mr. Acton of Shoe Lane
London Emery Manufacturer maketh oath that last Saturday
eve the deced and a Woman came together into his Masters
Shop, having fast hold of each other and struggling with each other
That they did not strike each otherThat Dept interfered and
parted them, and the deced went out, and the Woman went out
after him. Dept says that a short time before this happened he saw
the deced throw a pail of Water upon the Woman
and she took hold of the pail and they [..]
to get it from each other, & the deced took hold of
one of her arms and she let go the pail and it went against the
deceds Stomach.
