Saint Mary Magdalen Old Fish street
in the Ward of Bread Street
in London aforesaid on the ninth day of July in the
thirty sixth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland

aforesaid who being now here duly chosen sworn
and charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when how and in what manner the said female child came to her
death say upon their oath that on the seventh day of July in the year aforesaid one

being pregnant with the said female Child It so happened that afterwards (to wit) on the
same day and year last aforesaid the said

being seated on a certain privy in the dwelling house of

there situate and being in a state of insensibility by the providence of God did bring forth the
said female child alive and that the said female child did then and there accidentally casually and by misfortune
fall from the body of the said

into the said privy and into and amongst the filth and
excrements there and in and with the said filth and excrements was then and there suffocated
and choaked of which said suffocation and choaking the said female Child did then and there die
And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do say that the said female child in manner
and by the means aforesaid accidentally casually and by misfortune was suffocated and choaked
In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said Jurors have to this Inquisition set their hands and seals
