whowas an Apprentice so the owners of the
said Vessel has sailed in the said Vessel about four Months
that about three OClock on Monday last the deced went below into
the Cabb in of the said Vessel in order to get his Dinner Dept left
the Vessel met went on Shore in order to go to the Royal Exchange
that no person was on board the Vessel but deced when Dept left
her-the other three Men belonging to the Vessel being empoyed
on board a Vessel which lay along side Depts. that Dept. retd.
on board said Vessel bed 4 & 5 OClock same aftnoon when some
of the people belong to Depts. vessel were halloaing [..] and searchg
for the deced that he was not to be foundthat the shoes the deced
used to wear were lying on the qr. Dect of the vessel. that on
Bucket belonging to the vessel was missing that a Bucket of water
had been put into a Tab in order to settle which Dept. usually used
to do that being apart of his Duty from which circumstance it
was thought that while the deced had been drawing water he had
by accident fallen over board-that between nine & ten yesterday
Morning Dept. being on board his said Vessel saw a deced pson taken
out of the water by a Man in a small Boatthat Dept. came on
there and upon looking at the person so taken up he found it the
