found the deced Room Door fastened inside Dept. looked
thro the Key hole of the Door & saw the deced harying by a
lord from the top of the Head post of the Bedshad his face
towards the Door-that he appeared to be Dead Dept. then
applied to the Witness Mr. Vaughan and was present
with him and a pirted in breaking the Door opent
that the deced was found in the manner described by Mr
Vaughan-that the deced was to paypayedthree Shillings he Week
for his Room a ready furnished Room-but that for several
Weeks past he has not payed his Rent-Dept. applied to
him for the Rent owing to Dept. the deced sayed it war not
in his power to pay him for that he had been un employed
for some time part and Dept. believes the deced was
very much distressed in his circumstances-that last
Monday week the deced applied to Dept to cut his Hair that
after Dept. had cut his Hair he sayed to Depts. Wife Mr Bridge
dont you think I am a good Wather Worman Mr Bridger
sayed why the deced sayed he had been obliged to wark
his own third & [..] be he then cryed and sayed he had been
without food some Days Dept. gave him three pence
