maketh Oath that on
Wednesday the last the 20 [..] : instt. about between two and
three O Clock the deced was brought to the House of
Correction aforesaid by one John Carbell< no role >
a Constable
by virtue of a Warrant under the hand and seal of
Benjamin Roberts< no role >
on Esqr. one of the Magistrates of the
Public Office Union Street Southwark
to be detained
for one Month that he appeared very unwell
that he [..] was put into the yard among the other
prisoners-that [..] between eight and nine O Clock
that Night Dept. locked him up with one Isaac
Isaacthat Dept. unlocked the Door of the Room wherein
the deced was Yesterday Morning between eight and
nine O Clock: that he appeared very unwell and
sayed he was poorly in Healththat Dept. saw the
deced in the yard among the other prisoners in the
court of Yesterday Morningthat Dept. understood
the deced died about twelve O Clock yesterday Noon

in
aforesaid maketh Oath that he saw the deced when
he was brought into the yard of the House of Correction
aforesaid on Wednesday last-that he appeared very
unwell and complained of a Teppage< no role >
in his Stomach
that about twelve O Clock yesterday Noon the deced
departed this Life in Depts. Arms in one of the Rooms
in the Prison called a side Locker wherein sick
people are sometime placed.
