in what manner the said

camd to his death say upon their Oath that
the said

on the twenty sixth day of September in the year aforesaid being
in a certain room in the dwelling house of one Mr Frostback in the parish of Saint
Clement Danes
in the County of Middlesex
and then and there being near the fore
place in the said Room wherein there was then a fire it so happened that the Cloak
and wearing apparel of the said

did then and there accidentally casualy
and by misfortune catch for and were consumed and the said John Wooland with
the flames arising from

[..] mortally burried
of which said burning, the said

as also at the said parish of Saint Bartholomew the less in the
ward of Farringdon
without aforesaid in London
aforesaid did languish and languishing
did live until the twenty seventh day of September in the year aforesaid when the said

at the parish last aforesaid in the County aforesaid of the said Cunning
did die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the said John
Wooland
in manner and by the means aforesaid accidentally casually and by misfortune
was
tilled andburned and killed In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said William
Griffith the foreman of the said Jurors on behalf of himself and the rest of his fellows
in their presence have to this Inquisition set their hands and seals the day year and
place first abovewritten.
