on the 24 day of Septr. 1792 on view of the Body of Robert

Robert Rusby< no role > of No. 45 Primrose Hill Salisbury Square
London a Watch man in the Service of the New River Company
maketh Oath that he hath Known deced between ten &
eleven Weeks that he was also a Watchman in the Service of
the New River Companythat a little before seven OClock
on Friday Night last (Dept. left the deced in the Watchhouse)
belonging to the Company situate at the bottom of Darset
Street in the Parish of Saint Bridget als Bride [..] on
Deced Wharf adjoining the River Thames he being appointed with Dept. to watch the Wharf that Night That soon after
Dept. returned again to the Watchhouse and missed the
deced & Dept. went and acquainted Mr. Rose who lives on the
Wharf of missing the deced and requested him to [..] of his Servants attend the
Gate while Dept. [..] searched the
Wharf for the deced Dept. [..] after the deced but could find nothing of him Dept.
continued on the Watch that Night and the next Morning
Dept. Leard the deced was found drowned Dept. says the
[..] deced complained of a Dizziness in his head
when he went on the Watch. Dept. has seen the deced this
Evening lying dead in the Poor house of Saint Brides Parish.

last Dept. going along a Plank into a Barge lying at [..]
Trimmer & Howards Wharf he saw the deced lying upon the
send a few Yards a head of the Barge with his face down and
Dept. got assistance and got him into the Barge.
