An Inquisition Indented taken for our Sovereign Lord the King atLondon
[..] the parish of Saint John within the Borough of Southwark in the
County of Surrey on the twenty ninth day of September in the thirty second year of the
reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the grace of God of great Britain France and
Ireland King defender of the faith and so forth before Thomas Shelton< no role > Gentleman
Coroner of our said Lord the King for the City of London and Borough of Southwark
on view of the Body of David Jones< no role > now here lying dead by the Oath of Richard
Redmayne,

Richard Russell< no role > , Edward Dennis< no role > , William Bayley< no role > Siddell Hopkins, David
Badflower, Ezekiel Jobb< no role > and William Weatherstone< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. , good and lawful men of the
City of the said Borough of Southwark in the said County of Surrey London who being now have duly chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said
Lord the King when how and in what manner the said David Jones< no role > came to his Death
say upon their Oath that the said David Jones< no role > on the eighteenth day of September in the
year aforesaid being in and on beard of a certain Vessel on the River Thames It so happened
that the said David Jones< no role > accidentally casually and by misfortune fell from and out of the
said [..] Vessel into the said River Thomas one in and with the waters of
the said River was then and there suffocated and drowned of which said suffocation
and drowning he the said David Jones< no role > did then and there die And so the Jurors aforesaid
upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the said David Jones< no role > in manner and by the
means aforesaid accidentally casually and by misfortune was [..] suffocated and drowned, For
Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said Richard Redmayne< no role > the foreman
of the said Jurors on behalf of himself and the rest of his follows have in their presence
to this Inquisition set their head and seals the day year and place ford above written
