who being now have duly chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said
Lord the King when how and in what manner the said

came to his Death
say upon their Oath that the said

on the eighteenth day of September in the
year aforesaid being in and on beard of a certain Vessel on the River Thames
It so happened
that the said

accidentally casually and by misfortune fell from and out of the
said
[..] Vessel into the said River Thomas one in and with the waters of
the said River was then and there suffocated and drowned of which said suffocation
and drowning he the said

did then and there die And so the Jurors aforesaid
upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the said

in manner and by the
means aforesaid accidentally casually and by misfortune was

Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said
