An Inquon etc. taken etc. at Leids at the Parish
of Saint Mildred in the Pouchy in the Ward of
Cheap in London afd. on the 20th day of July in the
31st Year & before & on view of the body of
Alice Campion< no role > now here lying dead by the Oath
of etc who being & say upon their Oath that
the sd. Alice Campion< no role > on the 13 day of July in
the Year afd.andwas and for a long tine before
had been sick and diseased in her body by reason
of a certain Dropsy and of such sickness & disease
did languishland languishing did levi until
the said 13th day of July in the Year afd when
the said Alice Campion< no role > of the sd. sickness and
disease did die and to & do say that the
said Alice Campion< no role > by the visitation of God
did a natural death and by no violent means
