London Informations of Witness taken at the parish of Saint Alban
Wood street in the Ward of Cripplegate within
in London the 13th. day of September 1788
on view of the body of James Attersell< no role > then
and there lying dead.

Elizabeth Wife of Daniel Stainsbury< no role > of the Coach and
Horses Yard Wood Street Journeyman Hairdresse maketh
Oath and saith that about the hour of 11 in the foreman
of Yesterday the 12th inst: being in a Room in the said Yard she heard
somebody say there is a dead Dead Child that she went down
Stairs and there saw the deced an Infant about two
Years old in the arms of one John Norman< no role > an Horse
Keeper of said [..] Stable Yard, that the deced bled
at the Nose that is appeared to have a great burise
at [..] or near the Left side of the Temple
and blood running down the side of the Head-that
Dept. took the deced to me Doctor Clifford who sayed
the Child cou'd not live many Minutes but advised
Dept. to take is to Bartholomew Hospital that
Dept. accordingly took deced to Bartholomews
Hospital and in abot. twenty Minutes the deced
died.

Mary Wife of William Scott< no role > of the Coach and horses Yard aforesaid
Smith maketh Oath and saith thatno she was standing
going
about ½ part 11 of the forenoon of Yesterday the
12th instt: as she was going down the Stairs of said House
she heard an Alarm that a Child had fell out of
the Window that on comeing to the door of the said
House she saw the Child laying on the stones in said
Yard that she saw said John Norman< no role > taken the
Child up that appeared very bloody and greatly
