Wood Street
in the Ward of Cripplegate
within in London aforesaid on the thirteenth day of
September in the twenty eighth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third
by the Grace of God of Great Britain
France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith Etc before

aforesaid who being now here duly chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our Lord the King where hour and in what
manner the said

came to his death say upon their oath that the said

an the twelfth day of
September in the twenty eighth year aforesaid being in a certain room in the dwelling house of a certain person whose name
to the Jurors aforesaid is unknown there situate and at and near a certain Window in the said Room is so happened that
he said

being an Infant of tender years, to win, of the age of two years accidentally casually and by
misfortune fell from and out of the saw Window into a certain open place there called the Coach and Horses
yard and to and
against the Stone pavement there Whereby the said

did then and there receive divers mortal wounds and
fractures in and upon the head face Temples back side arms and legs of him the said

Of which said mortal
wounds and fractures he she said

did then and there instantly die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their
oath aforesaid do say that she said James Attersell in manner and by the means aforesaid accidentally casually and by
misfortune was killed In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said

Jurors on behalf of himself and the rest of his Fellows in their presence have to this Inquisition set their hands and
seals the day year and place first above written.
